Watch Out For The New Reign Of Comedy TV

It’s a relief that fox started a new reign of comedy, Brooklyn Nine Nine. It’s been a hard time for me seeking for How I Met Your Mother replacement, because apparently that show has been my whole 2 years (started not too long ago). But, when I watched Brooklyn Nine Nine pilot, I was just like… Damn, Andy Samberg’s decision to left SNL was right!

Brooklyn Nine Nine really has anything you’d ask for. It has cop jokes (because it’s about NYPD precinct placed in 99^th street, or so I guess), ludicrous characters, and funny story in every single episode. I was laughing real hard when watching the pilot. Every character has uniqueness and it affects the story. Although, it’s very different than How I Met Your Mother but it definitely will fill the void of HIMYM left you. And I guess, you could use some not-so-growing-up character, kinda like Barney, but not-so-like Barney. Jake Peralta’s character (played by Andy Samberg) is really a character that so lovable and definitely will win the viewer's heart. I think, there’d be so many Peralta’s quotes going on internet. Well, for a sitcom or mockumentary, you just need this silly but very lovable that represents its viewers, and Brooklyn Nine Nine kinda have this thing.

Well, it’s worth to watch. So you gotta start now to catch up the season 1 before it’s too late. And here comes my verdict: 4 out of 5!!! You just trust Andy Samberg for a comedy, huh?! Also, Brooklyn Nine Nine won this year Golden Globe for best comedy. You just can't doubt that!!!

Bass Player Wanted

This season of How I Met Your Mother sucks. Especially, the story between Marshall, Marvin and that mean lady, total sucks. It's like Carter Bays & Craig Thomas wanted to bring new refreshments to the jokes but, sorry gentlemen, you failed. I agree, that HIMYM should stop at season 8, and if Ted and Victoria would've been married, they totally have my blessing! Apparently Bays & Craig added one more season because CBS begged them to. They add one new character who happens to be "The Mother" played by Cristin Millioti.

I love The Mother's character (we haven't know who her real name is) she is soft but strong and really really kind, she is the girl next door, she's what Ted has been picturing all along, or he would've called it "The One" and the most important thing, she is the combination of Ted's best friends!

This episode, Bass Player Wanted  might be my most favorite episode in this season so far. The appearance of the guest star, Darren who played as an antagonist, brought Ted and The Mother closer! In the end of this episode, The Mother bought Ted a double 35 years old Glen McKenna Scotch. That's what makes this episode is so powerful. After I watched this episode, I started asking myself so many questions and guessing many possible scenarios about how Ted and The Mother will finally met. This action of The Mother probably led us to a moment that we've been waiting for 8 years! I hope Bays & Craig have prepared the most amazing episode ever when they two finally met. Bays & Craig must have difficult job to end the mess they made. They have to responsible to the viewers and guarantee us there will be a killer episode because the viewers already planted by tiny actions that Ted or The Mysterious Mother made, but it is believed those actions would have a big impact later when Ted and The Mother met.

In This Season Bays & Craig already put Ted in his lowest point of life where he doesn't believe in falling in love anymore. Well, they better have surprises for the fans right? it's their job to impress the fans after waiting for 8 years just to find out how this end.

And my rating for this episode is 2.5 out of 5! Oh yeah, one more... I'm still curious about the pineapple! Is anybody realize that we still don't know how the pineapple ended up in Ted's room?! Don't ever forget about the pineapple!!!!!!

Black Operation in The Newsroom

I've just finished watching The Newsroom: Red Team III episode. How many times you've seen a TV Show and at the end you just say "fuck" and you don't want to continue to watch because you have so many to think about. Well, I'm experiencing it now after watch this episode 7 of The Newsroom.

The story opened with Don Keefer interview with Rebecca (the lawyer). I know all of the previous episodes ACN had been sued by somebody because they ran a story about a black op in Middle East called Operation Genoa. But when Don came in and did the interview, you're gonna hear a shocking news about who sue them!

Aaron Sorkin really makes my head spinning because of thinking what happened next! I think, nobody can write this episode amazingly except him. All this time the News Night's Crew fell into Dantana's ambition to run the story about Genoa and tried to believe him and finally ran the story. You're gonna have 50 minutes of enjoyment, because you really enjoy this episode so much you won't realize that it had already end. Aaron  Sorkin wrapped all previous episodes' problem in this episode, every piece of previous interview linked and you won't have any question anymore. All you need to know is the solution to end this problem.

This episode closed with Jane Fonda's appereance as Leona Lansing. She said that the plaintiff will not gonna get one fucking dollar. That dialogue made your heart cried for the next episode of The Newsroom. I just can't wait to watch the next episode after I finish this :)

And my rate for this, 4 out of 5. I still think the 5/1 episode is the best :)

Sherlock Lives!

This time, I wanna write about TV Show aired in BBC, Sherlock.

I was haunted for months because of Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss'  Sherlock season 2 finale. The Reinchenbach Fall was mindblowing. Everyone in this world would think like "how the hell the freaking protagonist fell from a rooftop and died". Heartbreaking. Well, he didn't, the title wouldn't be Sherlock if he really died. but still, The Reichenbach Fall is my most favorite Sherlock episode.

After 2 years waiting, Sherlock came back and confirmed to John Watson that he's alive. The Empty Hearse, Moffat & Gatiss tried to tell us the theories of Sherlock's death and why he's still alive, but until the end, you won't know which one is true because Moffat & Gatiss didn't really want to tell you how he died. they let it be an open ending and they let you choose which one you like most.

Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman still got the chemistry! these duo will make your heart scream. they're just perfect for each other. This episode filled with Sherlock's witty jokes and his arrogance, like usual but lovable. Sherlock and John (he was still mad about the fake death) get back together and tried to stop London for being attacked by terrorist. And you're gonna have a few minutes with Sherlock's new villain!

This episode really heals your 2 years waiting, well at least mine. Benedict and Martin's performance is amazing, like they really are Sherlock Holmes and John Watson and make the other versions of them are worthless (oh, strong words!)
